Making every guest feel welcome is one of our hospitality standards. For each reservation we welcome the guests in person and hand them the keys along with any information for regulations or house rules. We show them around the property and how to use the amenities provided (A/C, TV, hot water etc.). We give them suggestions to explore the city and things to do in the area. We keep in touch through their stay to make sure they have everything they need and we stay present until the time of their departure.

In case we expect a late arrival alternatives can be given to the guest to self check in, but instructions and home presentation is always sent.

Who is coming and when

For some owners it is very important to track the availability and their upcoming bookings. We give you a detailed description of every reservation with the name and number of visitors, the dates of arrival and departure, the platform from which the reservation was made, the amount you should expect and whether or not it has been paid to your bank account.

Within 24 hours from the confirmation of a reservation, the details will be shown in the link that we will give you at the start of our partnership.

In order to legally rent your property in the short-term lease, your property need to obtain a Registration Licence Number through the greek government app.

In addition, the obligation to declare the incoming reservations to the government platform every month is automatically created.

We undertake  the acquisition of a Registration Number needed for the display of the property and the registration of all the reservations each month, at no extra cost.
